1. na cloinne, because it's a mass noun and doesn't have a plural Adding the article would be wrong in this case though, becaise it's not the books belonging to specific children, but children's books in general. Your hunch to add an article is not a bad one though, because Gaelic uses it more often...

Which title case? Where? Do you mean Faclair Matamataig? That's the title of the publication---their case. Oh, and another thing. Title Case Looks Really Strange in Gaelic, just write normally for titles. You will probably see title case in some publications anyway, but that happens because not everybody is a typogaphy expert.
