In a hurry, sorry for lack of bilingual version...

Both, in fact, there's also /ə vi.əs/. Most forms of tha have variable vowel length which mostly does not appear in the writing system. It goes from highly stressed forms to almost totally elided forms. For example tha shows up as emphatic /haː/ but then also all shades from /ha/, /hə/ to /h/.

Others are bhitheas, bithidh /bi.ɪ » biː » bi » bɪ/, bhitheadh /vi.əɣ » viəɣ » vjəɣ » vəɣ » və (esp before consonants) and so on.

So the answer depends on the question of how much emphasis there is on it.
