On my screen it says "All times are GMT - 5 Hours." I know that this will vary depending on which part of the world you live in; for instance if you live in Germany I suspect your screen will show "All times are GMT + 1 Hour." But when I post a message the time given for the message is not GMT - 5, but GMT - 6.
What is the name of the first time zone east of GMT? Whatever it is, I suspect that it is being used as the reference point for other times on the forum. Anyone else notice this ?

It might have to do with that Daylight Saving Time nonsense 
The server is normally on GMT+1, currently on GMT+2.
