IF fronting for emphasis / contrast at all, I would say:

'S ann glè fhluich a tha e/i an seo.

OR

'S e latha glè fhluich a th' ann an seo.

('S e before nouns, 's ann before everything else)

OR, more literary, dramatic (and therefore unlikely in conversation outside pretty standard expressions/ frozen forms)*:

Is fluich an latha an seo!

Using Nach instead of Is would give them all even more weight.

The 'glè' paradoxically seems to weaken the effect of the fronting construction, perhaps by pushing the important item further away from the front again. "Is or Nach + instantly the item being stressed" is most effective approach.

'Glè' is also not as common in Gaelic as 'very' in English, especially in conversational contexts - 'gu math' is a popular modifier instead.
C.f. the English 'It's pretty wet out there' = 'very wet', NOT 'fairly wet'.

*There's a song called: Ged is grianach an latha, Although the day may be sunny.

That is simply untrue!

2. To tr*nsl*t* the verb To Be when the first word is either (a) an adjective or (b) an indefinite noun. The word order is the reverse of English. The meaning is very emphatic and except for category (a) is mostly restricted to the written language.

(a) adjective:
Is bòidheach an là (e) - It's a beautiful day - lit. Is beautiful the day
Is mòr am balach (e) - The boy is big - lit. Is big the boy
Is furasta a' cheist sin - That question is easy - lit. Is easy that question

That is what I was saying - my third example. (C.f. Is bòidheach an là' in TAIC 19)

The 'S e /'S ann comment was to explain my two examples above that.

Crossed wires, I think. :?

A MharcMacUilleim, Fhaoileag, tha sibh ceart, tapadh leibh!

Bha cabhag orm :naire: , agus chan urrainn dhomh ceartachadh a dhèanamh an dèidh sin.

You are right, thanks!

I was in a hurry, and I wasn't able to do any correction later.

'S e an rud a bha fa-near dhomh:
'S ann glè fhliuch a tha i an seo!
Ach biodh sin na b'fheàrr:
Nach fluich a tha i an seo!
A bheil sin ceart?

That's what I had in my mind, but the second example would be better. Is it correct?

Just spotted this - sorry I didn't reply before!

Nach ann fliuch a tha i an seo! (from 'S ann + adjective) - Isn't it wet that it is here!
