Is there anywhere to read news, sports news, music news etc in Gàidhlig on the internet?

Unread postby Polygot2017 » Tue Sep 12, 2017 7:45 pm

I often read (or watch/listen to) news, sports news, music news etc in other languages like Spanish, German etc and it's easy enough to find many media websites on the internet for this. However, where can I read the news and other current affairs in Gàidhlig - are there any such media websites in Gàidhlig?

Thanks.

BBC Alba - depending on where you live, you may or may not be able to view the Gaelic content on iPlayer

Thanks, I'll check that out! Are there any other ones too? I guess with Gaelic being a minority language, sources like that are a bit thin on the ground.

The Scotsman still has the odd article in Gaelic, mostly commentary though: http://www.scotsman.com/heritage/more-h ... -1-4555855

Chan eil fhios 'am, an e dà fhacal san tuiseal ghinideach a tha ann? :naire:
Carson nach e "Sgoil Eòlasan na h-Alba"?
No an e buadhair a tha ann an "Eòlais"?

If you think of Eòlas na h-Alba as a compound noun, then the first element can be put into the geinitve.
