I did not realise that propoganda was a Gaelic word or is there no Gaelic for this modern term. What is the Gaelic for Radio, Television, motor car, bicycle or hi fi?

Come in number 37, yer time's up. Whit's English for "propaganda"? Its a Latin word. Jist Google it. "propaganda, short for Congregatio de Propaganda Fide "congregation for propagating the faith," committee of cardinals established 1622 by Gregory XV to supervise foreign missions." How "modern" dae ye mean? Mebbe ye shuld think about whit languages gied us "radio" and "television". English? Naw. Latin and Greek via French. As fir "car", it's a celtic word, borrowed intae Latin, then intae French and then intae English. The Celts had chariots, get it, CARiots when the Germanic tribes, (English is a Germanic language), were still draggin thir knuckles. By the way, Mhor gie' s the impression that ye're female. If ye're a guy, it would be Lachie Mor. Or if ye want tae keep the Mhor bit, ye culd mebbe chainge "Lachie" tae "Lassie".

Lachie - are you really that thick? What's the English for all these 'modern terms'.

Your English aint great anyway. I thought car was Gaelic btw (< 'carbad' - chariot)?

Man, what a bod this guy is.
