Re: Genitive - lenition wthout article
In the noun-noun compounds mentioned you have a break from normal word order. The second noun would conventionally be in the genitive, e.g. : beinn fhraoiche > fraoch-bheinn ; cleas lùtha > lùth-chleas This is analogous to adjective-noun compounds : beinn mhòr > mòr-bheinn In both cases the second e...

Re: bhitheas vs bhios and bithidh vs bidh

Conditional tense - 'am bitheadh?' vs 'am bithinn'/'am biodh?'/'am biomaid?', what's the difference?
Bhitheadh / Am bitheadh? are considered emphatic forms of the more commonly used Bhiodh/Am biodh? Whichever you choose to use, these are used by second and third persons singular and plural: Bhiodh tu, Bhiodh e/i, Bhiodh sibh, Bhiodh iad. Unlike other tenses, we still have synthetic forms for the fi...

Air sgàth 's gum feumar a-nis facal-faire a chleachdadh, tha mi a' moladh gun cleachdar an làrach thèarainte air : https:// an àite http://

Taing airson an fhiosrachaidh. Cha robh mi eòlach air 'robots.txt'. Cha robh fhiosam gun robh a leithid ann.
Ach , an-dràsta tha mi ri sgioblachadh na làraich agus an dùil a dìon fo fhaclan-faire.

Tha mi a' dol leat 's gur e rud mìorbhailteach feumail a tha ann an tasglann. Bheir mi sùil eile air feuch nach e dearmad agam fhìn a tha ann nach do mhothaich mi aithneachadh do dh'ùghdar. Chan e gu bheil e a' cur dragh orm gu bheil lethbhreac dhen làraich ann. 'S e an rud, a bharrachd air faidhlic...

Is inntinneach fhaicinn an uiread de dh'ùidh am measg luchd-ionnsachaidh a dh'adhbharaich call na làraich agam fiùs às dèidh aon là. Tha mi ag obair oirre an-dràsta agus an dùil gum bi i air a sgioblachadh an ceann seachdain no dhà. Ma tha cruaidh-fheum aig duine a bhith oirre fhad 's a tha mi ri h-...

Tha fhios agam gu bheil dearmad an siud 's an seo fhathast. Taing don luchd-chleachdaidh gheur-shùileach a tha gan comharrachadh dhomh.
I know there are still some typos. Thanks to those eagle-eyed users who point them out to me.

Taing dhuibh airson comharrachadh sin dhomh. Chì mi anns na leasain tràth nach eil an seagh 'to' cho soilleir. Thanks for pointing this out. I can see from earlier lessons that the meaning 'to' is not clear. Tha mi 'n dòchas gun tuigear fiamh an fhacail à leasain eile: Later lessons delve wee bit de...

Re: A bheil?, Am bheil and Eil?
A bheil? is the standard written form.
In spoken language Eil? is not an uncommon contracted form.
I've only ever heard Am beil? in Lewis and with strong eclipsis where it sounds as A meil?
