Yes. You are calling your partner "cèile", which is like giving him/her a name or nickname, so the vocative rules apply.

'Aigha Bas' violates the basic spelling rule and I can't make heads or tails of it. 'Àigheach bàs' is the wrong word order and would never, ever be said like that by a Gaelic speaker.

So, sorry, no idea. We might have more luck on this if there was some context to it, but no promises.

The pronunciation of slender r depends a bit on the dialect too - some people just use a soft th, which you can do as a learner too to get you started. Other people pronounce it with the tip of the tongue to the back of the teeth. If you can afford it, I recommend getting Akerbeltz' book, which is a...

Some people lke to stick "a h-" in front of vowels in some contructions, so I guess it doesn't matter much.
