Halò,
Tha mi nam neach-tòiseachaidh ann am Gàidhlig. I want to be fluent in Gàidhlig so I can write music in the language. I speak a couple other languages, but this is my first Celtic language.

Ideally, I want to master the accent of the Inner Hebrides (Mull, Tiree, etc.) and perhaps modify it a little to make it more understandable to people elsewhere in Ireland. I know this will take a long time and I would be the only person who really talked like that, but I think it would be cool! Basically a more phonemic, archaic approach to the language.

For now, I would love for people to have basic conversations with me, correct me every time my grammar is wrong, and tell me all about the tiniest details of your accent/dialect. And if any of you have knowledge about Galwegian or Arran Gàidhlig, please let me know all of it! I have studied a little about how people pronounce the words in Scotland (Like Islay and Kintyre say "ClaNN", Mull and Tiree say "Claun", Arran says "Claan", Ulster Gaeilge is short "Clan").

Please challenge me so I can improve and have daily conversations. Tapadh leat gu mòr!
