Are we allowed to talk about swear words?
My colleagues have taught me what it means when our patients say something that sounds like “Tod kakh” and it’s supposed to mean “load of poop” but how do you write it and what is the correct meaning of it?

Yep, sounds like it.
And yes, swear words are not taboo here in any shape or form. They are an important part of language learning, even if you don't plan on using them yourself.
