Seadh, 's e Gearmailteach a th' annamsa agus dh'fhosgail mi am fòram aig an làrach-lìn agam nuair a chaidh am fear eile air falbh.
Sure, I'm German and I opened the forum on my homepage after the other one went away.

Tha e fichead mionaid an dèidh naoi.

Tha e dà mhionaid gu trì feasgar.

It's two minutes to 3 in the afternoon.

"Dà mhionaid" agus nach "dà mhionaidean," ceart?

"Two minute" and not "two minutes," correct?

Ficead gu uair 'sa madainn.

Tha sin moch air-mo-son cò-dhiugh, tha mo chleoc inntinneil air e chuir am breislich agus tha mi a'dol dhan leabaidh aig tri uairean gach là. Chan eil clasaichean sam bith agam an mios seo mar sin s'urrainn dhomh ga dheamamh gun ceistean sam bith.

10 mins to one in the morning. Early for me. No classes. Messed up mental clock.

If it's like in Manx no...I don't think there is a connecting word like "that" or "que" at all in Gaelic languages.

Actually, Jean-Claude is right:

Tha duine ann a bheil... there is a man who is...
Tha duine ann nach eil... there is a man who isn't...

que has a second meaning though:

Tha mi a' smaoineachadh gu bheil / nach eil...

channadh tu "tha duine ann a tha.." ged-thà :P

an duine a tha sgìth
ach
an taigh anns a bheil mi a' fuireach

an duine nach eil sgìth
agus
an duine aig nach eil taigh
