Cò leis a tha sibh a' bruidhinn Gàidhlig? (Who do you speak Gaelic with?)

Tha mi ag ionnsachadh Gàidhlig, ach tha mi a' fuireach anns na Tìrean Ìsle, mar sin chan eil mòran chothroman agam airson bruidhne sa' Ghàidhlig ri daoine. Nuair a tha mi aig an taigh ann an Dùn Èideann, is urrainn dhom a' bruidhinn beagan Gàidhlig ri mo mhàthair (tha beagan Gàidhlig aice). Ge-tà, a-muigh na h-Alba, tha mi a' cleachdadh Gàidhlig ann an dà dhòigh mar is trice:
1 - "Na cuir orm, mas e do thoil e": Ma tha duine sam bith a' smaoineachadh nach eil Duitsis no Beurla agam, bidh iad a' fàgail mi aonarach sa chumantas.
2 - Mar chànan anns an iomairt Tuill-fhuaraidh 's Dràgonan agam: Chan eil Elvish bho Tighearna nam Fàinnean agam, mar sin tha mi a' bruidhinn Gàidhlig nuair a tha mi airson rudeigin san Elvish ràidh. Tha e a' cur beagan blas ris an geama, agus is toil le na cluicheadairean e. Tha fear dhiubh a' cluichd caractar "leth-elf"; 's e Albannach a th' ann fhèin, agus tha fios aige air beagan fhaclan na Gàidhlig. Uaireannan bidh e a' tuigsinn aon no dà fhacal, mar sin bidh e ag ràdh (san charactar) "Athair...à, is cuimhne leam am facal sin! An e an athair aice a th' ann?" mar eisimpleir.

I'm learning Gaelic, but I live in the Netherlands, so I don't get many opportunities to speak Gaelic with people. When I'm back home in Edinburgh, I can speak some Gaelic with my mother (who has some). However, outside Scotland, I usually use Gaelic in two ways:
1 - "Please don't bother me": If anyone thinks that I don't speak Dutch or English, they'll usually leave me alone.
2 - As a language in my Dungeons and Dragons campaign: I don't know Elvish from Lord of the Rings, so I speak Gaelic when I want to say something in Elvish. It adds some flavour to the game and the players enjoy it. One of them is playing a "half-elf" character; he's Scottish himself and knows a few words of Gaelic. Sometimes, he'll understand one or two words and so he'll say (in character) "Father...oh, I remember that word! Is he her father?" for example.

(As always, any feedback is appreciated. Really trying to push myself to develop my Gaelic more.)
