carson a tha tbh gàidhlig cho dona

Unread postby neoni » Mon Dec 01, 2008 10:46 pm

sa chuspair seo, obraichaidh sinn a-mach an dìomhar tha seo. dè tha iad a' dèanamh ceàrr?

in this thread we will finally put this mystery to rest. why is gaelic television so bad?

cha bhi mise a' coimhead air an tbh uair sam bith, ach 's tric chleachdas mi an iplayer, 's mar sin chan fhaic mi ach na nì am bbc. 's iomadh program a 's toil leam gu mòr - have i got news for you, outnumbered, nevermind the buzzcocks, at the apollo, mock the week, question time, newsnight 's msaa.
ach chan bhi fear de na programan gàidhlig a' còrdadh rium idir, chan eil ann ach stuth air biadh, ceòl, agus sgudal eile mar aifric is air an rathad.
dhomhsa, 's ann air comedy is am poileataig a th' iad math, carson nach eil càil ri fhaighinn sa ghàidhlig? nach eil gaidheil ag iarraidh gàireachdainn no cumail informed?

i don't ever watch tv, but i often use the iplayer so i only see BBC programs. there are lots i like, ....... etc.
but i hate all the gaelic programs, it's just food, music and other garbage like ... and ....
for me, it's comedy and politics that the bbc are good at. why isn't anything like that there in gaelic? don't gaels want to laugh or keep informed?

cha choimheadainn air gu brath nam b' ann sa bheurla a chaidh an sgudal tha seo a dhèanamh, ach tha nàdar de dhleastanas agam coimhead air programan gàidhlig - 's ann a b' fheàrr leam gun robh iad idir math.

i wouldn't watch this garbage at all if it was in english, but i have a sort of obligation to watch gaelic tv, i'd just prefer it was any good.

dè ur beachdan-se?

Tha mi a' dol leat gu ìre, bu chòir barrachd sgudal a bhith ri fhaicinn sa Ghàidhlig gun teagamh....tha mi an dòchas gum bidh Ran Dan air ais a dh'aithghearr no prògram eile a tha ceart cho math. Ach feumaidh mi aideachadh gu bheil Air an Rathad còrdadh rium glan!!

I agree with you up to a point, there should be more 'rubbish' seen in Gaelic without a doubt, I hope that Ran Dan will be back soon or another programme that's just as good. But I have to point out that I really like Air an Rathad!!

dè tha ceàrr le prògraman air biadh? 'S fìor thoigh leam iad, gu h-àraid mas e còcaire proifeiseanta a tha gan aithris. (M.e: air an t-sianal Eireannach TG4).

Tha na prògraman ciùil gàidhealach air a' BhBC a' còrdadh ri mòran feadh na cruinne. Chìthear air Youtube iad, agus daoine as an Spàinn, agus dùthchannan eile gan cur air an làrach sin.

Tha sibh ceart. Bha sin glè math - ach beagan dona.
Ach carson Norfolk? - nuair bha mi an-sin bha mi ag ith roag.

Bu toigh leam tuilleadh comadaidh agus dràmaichean. Chord Lostbost rium. Agus 's toigh leam Aifric (a' bheil an program anns Gàidhlig neo Gaeilige?) agus Muairtean.

You're right. It was good but a bit sad. But why Norfolk - I ate Makeral when I was there.
I'd like more comedy and drama. I enjoyed Lostbost. And I like Aifric (can't work out what language it is though) and Muairtean (Murders).

'S e Aifric program Èireannach - Tha am program ann an Gàidhlig na h-Èirinn.
Tha e air TG4 Cúla - a h-uile program! :) Tha e math airson G na h-E ag ionnsachadh.

Good to see you're eating Gaelic fish in Norfolk, Katy-bhuidhe! (MacKerrell...)

Carson a tha telidh Gàidhlig cho dona? 'S dòcha nach eil tàlant gu leòr air fhaighinn sa Ghàidhlig? Cha chreid mi sin - ach ciamar a tha telidh Beurla? Thig am facal "uabhasach" dhan chuimhne agamsa. Seaux, dè tha sibh an dùil le telidh Gàidhlig?

Tha mi den bheachd gu bheil BBC Alba ceart gu leòr, ach bu chòir dha a bhith tòrr nas fheàrr.

Mar eisimpleir, tha tòrr programan ceòl ann agus tòrr programan mu dheidhinn Gàidhlig ann agus tha iad a' cur air repeat ro thric - de mu dheidhinn rudan ùra mu dheidhinn an aon cuspair?

The feum aig a' BhBBC, no MG Alba, a dhèanamh siabann Gàidhlig no rudeigin mar sin, no cuir Rós na Run air (tha e sa' Ghàidhlig air TeleG) còmhla ri Machair.

Dhomhsa, cha toil leam dìreach an aon phrogram - "Cuid Ri Cathy". 'S e program uabhasach a th' ann.

Tha eagal orm nach eil mi ag aontachadh leat idir. Tha na programan air BBC Alba fada fada nas fheàr nan stuth oilteil air BBC Sasainn. Air an ìre as lugha, tha e uabhasach fhèin snog a' coimhead air programan mu dheidhinn -ò mo chreach- ALBA agus rudan Albannach. Abair iognadh! Seadh, 's docha gu bheil mòran den phrograman beagan cheesy agus gu tric gu math twee (mar 'Tir nan Òg'), ach tha mi cinnteach gu bheil sin nas fhèar na Sassanaich sarcastic a' feuchainn gu dona a bhith èibhinn. Cum sin air falbh bhuam, tapadh leibh. Chuir mi seachad mo bheatha air fad ag èisteachd ri barailean aig nach eil rud sam bith ìnntinneach dhomh idir, air chionns gu bheil iad a' tighinn bho dhaoine aig nach eil dragh sam bith air na rudan -nam bheachd- a tha cudromach do dh' Alba....

Fhuair mi iomadh prògraman air Youtube an-de bho BhBC Alba- chan e na prògraman as mìosa anns an t-saoghal a th'anna (agus tha a huile càil glè fheumail airson daoine nach eil a fuireach ann an Alba fhèin gum bi ag iarraidh an cànan a chluintinn), ach tha mi dhen bheachd gu bheil mòran ann ri leasachadh. Tha gach tiànal mar sin cò dhiu, chan abhaist dhomhsa coimhead air an TV fiu's ann am Beurla...

Tha sibh glè fhortanach prògraman Gàidhlig sam bi fhaighinn. Chan eil cail sam bi againn ann a sheo, ach cuid a chuir le daoine caoimhneil ann an Youtube. Bu mhath na prògraman a chunnaic mi. Tha mi an dòchas gum bi tuilleadh ann an Youtube cho luath 's a tha urrainn dhaibh.

You're very fortunate to get any Gàidhlig programs. There aren't any at all available out here, except for some put on Youtube by some kind soul. The programs I've seen are pretty good. I hope there will be more as soon as they are able.
