chì, faic, faca, are all the same verb, it's one of the few irregular ones. Look in your grammar for independent - dependent forms.

Faic means "see!", seall means "look!", coimhead means "watch". Those are the most important seeing-verbs for now.

There are several words for "rainy", but the easiest thing is to use fliuch, which means "wet" generally: latha fliuch - wet/rainy day.
Tha uisge an seo means that it actually rains, and it's without the i because (1) "water/rain" in Gaelic is masculine => e and (2) it literally means "rain is here" (there is no verb "to rain/pleuvoir" in Gaelic), so there is no need for a pronoun at all.

(I suppose I could get away with claiming I'm using ann an seo as the older, longer firm of an seo, but I don't want to get away, I want to get in, so: tha an t-uisge ann ann an seo or "tha an t-uisge an seo" ?)
