chì, faic, faca, are all the same verb, it's one of the few irregular ones. Look in your grammar for independent - dependent forms.

Faic means "see!", seall means "look!", coimhead means "watch". Those are the most important seeing-verbs for now.

Tha mi a' tuigsinn an-dràsta, tha sin furasta ma-thà... mòran taing a-rithist!
Uill, tha i sgòthach a-nis ann an Valencia, agus tha sin rùd beag cunnartach oir 's e "Oidhche an Teine" a th' ann an-diugh. An oidhche as cudromaiche de "Las Fallas".

I understand now, it's easy then... thank you very much again!
Well, now it's cloudy in Valencia and that's a little bit dangerous because today is the "Night of the Fire". The most important night of "Las Fallas".

Thuit corra bleideagan an seo, ach tha iad air an leaghadh mu thràth.
A few snowflakes fell here, but they have thawed already.

in Paris - ann am Paris
There are several words for "rainy", but the easiest thing is to use fliuch, which means "wet" generally: latha fliuch - wet/rainy day.
Tha uisge an seo means that it actually rains, and it's without the i because (1) "water/rain" in Gaelic is masculine => e and (2) it literally means "rain is here" (there is no verb "to rain/pleuvoir" in Gaelic), so there is no need for a pronoun at all.

Tha i glè ghrianach an-diugh, ach tha i glè fhuar fhathast. Ach bha sinn èirigh na grèine bhrèagha againn madainn an-diugh.

It's very sunny today, but it's still very cold. But we had a pretty sunrise this morning.

Tha an t-uisge ann
Tha an t-uisge ann am Paras
Tha i fluich
Tha Paris grannda ge b' e fliuch no grianach

bha èirigh na grèine bhrèagha againn: againn = aig + sinn, so you don't need sinn twice.

Hmm... actually I find out I'm not certain how to say "it's raining here" as opposed to mere "it's raining" - "tha an t-uisge ann an seo" or "tha an t-uisge an seo" ? (I suppose I could get away with claiming I'm using ann an seo as the older, longer firm of an seo, but I don't want to get away, I want to get in, so: tha an t-uisge ann ann an seo or "tha an t-uisge an seo" ?)

Loisg sinn a-raoir iad. You don't see lenition of r, l, n in writing.

@Thrissel: you don't need ann twice, once is enough. tha an t-uisge ann an seo.

Tha i gaothach agus sgòthach an-diugh. Ach tha i nas blàithe mu dheireadh thall! Bha mi agus mo bhràithrean agus mo pheathar a' cluich a-muigh.

It's windy and cloudy today. But it's finally warmer! Me and my brothers and sister were playing outside.
