Uill cha robh e cho dona, ach cha do crìochnaich mi a h-uile rud a bha mi ag iarraidh, tha mi'n dochas gum bith rudan nas fheàrr nuair a thèid mi air ais airson an dara leth de m' fhantainn.

Wasn't too bad, didn't accomplish everything I wanted to, hope things will be better when I go back for the second half of my stay.

Tha mi a' suidhe ann an seomar agam agus ithe beagan biadh. Tha mi glè sgìth an dràsta, airson gun robh mi ag obair a-muigh fad an latha an-diugh.

I'm sitting in my room eating a little food. I'm really tired right now, because I was working outside all day today.

Chan eil biadh agamsa is tha an t-acras orm. Feumaidh mi biadh fhaighinn.

I have no food and I am hungry. I have to get food.

Tha mi nam shuidhe san t-seòmar agam / anns an t-seòmar agam agus ag ithe beagan bìdh.

Tha mi nam shuidhe - I am in my sitting. a' suidhe means the act of sitting down.

beagan bìdh - beagan is a noun, so sou need the genitive of biadh

an-dràsta

Rannsaich mi an òrain “Fear a’ Bhata” an oidhche seo. Cha urrainn dhomh “sna hò ro èile” a thuigsinn ach tha an òrain glè furasta is bòidheach gu leòr!

I am studying the song "Fear a' Bhata" tonight. I connot understand "sna hò ro èile" but the song is very easy and beautiful!

Which colours will these geese have?

am broinn nan uighean - broinn is a noun, so you need the genitive

Tha iad liath-druma is tha broilleach geal aca anns an fharsaingeachd, ach buidhe nuair tha iad glè òg. Leis an fhìrinn innse tha iad uabhasach mhòr is reamhar ach laghach is dileas cuideachd!

They have grey back and white bosom in general, but yellow when they are very young. To tell the truth they are very big and fat, but nice and faithful too!

Gabhaibh mo leisgeul, chan eil beurla math agam nas motha...

Halò, a Marshal - tha sin inntinneach!
A bheil mòran gheàdh agad mar-thà?
Am bi iad a' fuireach aig an taigh agad, no am bi iad ag imrich sa gheamhradh?

Hallo Marshal, that's interesting!
Do you have many geese already?
Do they stay at your house or do they migrate in the winter?

Halò a Fhaoileag, chan eil mòran geòidh agam fhathast, direachd cóig. Tha iad a' fuireach aig an éileag agamsa anns a' gheamhradh cuideachd oir 's e peatachan teaghlachail a th' annta :priob: Tha sin mo cur-seachad.

Hello Faoileag, I haven`t many geese, only five. They stay in my corral in the winter too because they are domestic pets :priob: It's my hobby.

Rud sam bith na tha thu a' ciallachadh, mar eisimpleir "sna hò ro èile", no cha do b' urainn dhuinn an seantans seo a thuigsinn :priob:

X= "sna hò ro èile", "an seantans seo" et caetera...

Anyithing that you are meaning, for example "sna hò ro èile", or we couldn't understand this sentence.
