Chan eil mi buileach cinnteach, ach saoilidh mi nach cleachdar abairt cho fada gu tric ma bhios fear nas giorra ann.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think one wouldn't often use such a long expression when there's a shorter one around.

Tapadh leibh Alasdair agus A Ghunchleog.

Chan eil mi a' dol dhan taigh-sheinnse. Tha mi anns an Taigh agus 'taking it easy'.

Hope you're all having a fun weekend too :D

Bha "Latha Gàidhlig" agam fhèin an-diugh... Leugh mi leabhar Gàidhlig gu lèir (Ùpraid) agus an uair sin dh'èist mi ri Suibhal gu Seachd agus Rapal air Radio nan Gaidheal. As dèidh siud a dhèanamh, choimhead mi An Là, Sgriob gu Deas, Diomhair agus Breab!

A bharrachd air a' shuid tha mi air Gàidhlig a chleachdadh air Facebook 's MSN cuideachd! Abair latha... :mc:

Tha mi a' smaoineachadh gu bheil mi dìreach rud beag excited mu dheidhinn a' dol air ais dhan eilean a-màireach! \:D/

Chan eil mi fhin air Gàidhlig a chleachdadh gu mòran an t-seachdainn seo, ach bithidh An Comhlan Luchd Ionnsachaidh Thoronto a tòiseachadh a-rithist air seachdainn.

Cha do rinn mi càil sam bith ach dealbhadh agus cluintinn ri cheòl an diugh, bha tinneas orm fad na oidhche agus cha robh mi gu math. Tha an oilthigh a tòiseachadh a-maireach agus mu dheireadh thall b'urrainn dhomh mo charaidean fhaicinn.

Tha mi a' leugadh Ùpraid an-drasd cuideacheadh. Tha mi air duilleag 21 agus tha mi a' smaointinn gu' bheil 's an leabhar inntineach a th'ann. Cheannaich mi an leabhar nuair bha mi anns an t-Eilean Muile air shaor-laithean. Nuair dh'fhaic an ceannaiche mi le na leabhar thoisich i ag radh Gàidhlig rium.

I'm reading Upraid, on page 21. Bought the book on the Isle of Mull when the shopkeeper saw me with it she started speaking Gaelic.

B' fhèarr dhut a bhith ga òl an dèidh na h-obrach gun teagamh.
I'm sure it would be better for you to drink it after your work

An e uisge-beatha math a bh' ann co-dhiù?
Was it good whisky though?

Bha mi a' cèilidh mo mhàthair an-diugh. Tha mi a' faireachdainn sgìth ach toilichte a-nochd!
