I think you should actually write: an leabhar agam. It´s your property, but your book isn´t connected to the rest of your body. :priob:
Is that correct ?

Tha mi a' fuireach + genitive of "an leabhar"

Is the book your property or are you an author of it?

'S dòcha gur e "an leabhar leam" a tha ann, ach chan eil mi cinnteach.
Maybe it's "an leabhar leam", but I'm not sure.

For my own book, I'd probably use:

an leabhar agam fhìn or mo leabhar fhìn.

Agus mi fhìn, tha an t-eagal orm, oir thuit mo mhac an staidhir a-nuas agus tha mi dhen bheachd gun robh a chnàimh ( dhan mhàs  ) briste. Tha fios agam nach urrain dhuinn dèanamh idir, ach is beag orm sin gu dearbh. :gulach:

And myself ? I'm scared because my son has fallen down the stairs and I think, that he has broken his bone ( in the botty / botton). I know, we can do anything at all, but I really hate that!
