Again, not sure how they measure this, and it's a BBC report on a BBC channel... but still... it's encouraging.

Sealladh do the viewing figures. My thinking is that if the viewing figures for the channel were indeed bad, the BBC would withdraw their funding [as it's up to the Trust to make sure the channels meets it's targets].

I'm guessing that since the headlines don't read, "BBC scraping Alba" then these figures are probably as accurate as possible.
