Seo bhuapa:-
I acknowledge receipt of your representation in response to the Commission’s Initial Proposals on UK Parliament constituencies. The Commission will consider your representation.

With regards to your point about our website not having a ‘Gaelic’ button, the Boundary Commission for Scotland is a small Non Departmental Public Body that operates with a limited annual budget. Our website is funded from our budget and we have to consider how efficiently and effectively we spend this money. We currently judge that creating and maintaining Gaelic content on our website would not be an effective use of resources.

Alistair Grant

Agus seo "hafan" Comisiwn Ffiniau Seneddol i Gymru:-
Mae'r Comisiwn Ffiniau Seneddol i Gymru yn Gorff Cyhoeddus Anadrannol a ariennir gan yr Swyddfa’r Cabinet. Mae'n ofynnol i'r Comisiwn yn ôl Deddf Etholaethau Seneddol 1986 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) gynnal arolwg cyffredinol o'r holl etholaethau yng Nghymru ar yr un pryd a chyflwyno adroddiad i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yn dangos yr etholaethau a argymhellir ganddynt.

The Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Wales is an advisory Non-Departmental Public Body funded by the Cabinet Office. The Commission are required by the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 (as amended) to periodically conduct a general review of all constituencies in Wales at the same time and submit to the Secretary of State a report showing the constituencies they recommend.

An e "freagairt" a tha ann an "hafan" sa Chuimris? ('S e hafan "cù mòr as àbhaist a bhith a' comhartaich" sa Theacais...)

Aig deireadh an latha, dè an diofar? Chan eil mise eòlach air an SBC, agus tha mi cinnteach nach eil a' mhòr-chuid de dhaoine eòlach air.

Agus, sa chuimrigh feumaidh gach buidheann phoblach a bhith dà-chànanach - chan eil tagh aca.

3sel - cha b'e freagairt a bh' ann bho Choimisean Crìochan na Cuimrigh ach rudeigin air a phrìomh dhuilleig fàilte - dà-chànanach..

Alasdair - carson nach fheum gach buidhean phoblach a bhith dà-chànanach an Albainn? Nach e cànan oifigeil na h-Alba a th' anns a' Ghàidhlig?

Ged a bhiodh e snog làn-roghainn de sheirbheisean a bhith againn, tha sinn gann de luchd-bruidhinn a' chànain. Tha fhios a'm gur e catch 22 a th' ann gu ìre ach leis cho gann 's a tha rudan, a' gabhail a-steach airgead, cha chreid mi gum biodh e gu feum ro mhòr Gàidhlig a chur air an làrach seo fhèin. Chanainn gum biodh e na b' fheumail dèanamh cinnteach gu bheil cuideigin aig gach comhairle a fhreagras am fòn san dà cànan, no cùrsa sgilean litreachais dha na Gàidheil. Ge b' oil leinn, feumaidh sinn sùil gheur a chumail gum faigh sin am brag as motha air gach not a dh'airgead. Agus co mheud turas a thadhlas daoine air làrach coimisean na crìochan 'nam beatha ;)

Chan fheum ach an fheadhainn a tha stèidhichte ann an Alba dà-chànanachas a chur a-steach. Ma tha na prìomh-oifisean aca ann an Sasann - m.e. NHS - cha leig iad leas Gàidhlig sam bith a chur air dad sam bith. Ma chuireas iad Gàidhlig air rudan, nì iad gu saor-thoileach e.

Tha an t-suidheachadh sa Chuimrigh eadar-dhealaichte oir chaidh Achd na Cuilrish a chur air bonn le pàrlamaid Westminster.

'S e ceist cò tha fon uachdranas laghail, cho simplidh sin. Chan eil mi a' deasbad ceart no ceàrr le seo.

Fhios agam a Ghun. 'S e seòladh ann an Alba a th' aca agus 's e "Scottish Boundary Commission" an t-ainm a th' orra. Mar sin, 's e buidheann oifigeil na h-Alba a th' annta.
