There have been a number of mentions of a wish for Skype contact between members, so I thought I'd post this thread from the 'References' section on here - there are some recent requests/offers near the end, but it may be worth trying to contact earlier posters too.

Just curious - is anybody actually using Skype to practise with other learners on here?

If so, let's hear how it's going!

Well, I practice with my own practice partner (she is on FnG, but we met through our AGA class) between 2 and 4 times a week, and we find that works out very well for both of us.

Helo I am kim.e.graham on Skype. I am from Canada. I live in Mississauga. I am a complete beginner when it comes to Gàidhlig. Mainly learning online from TAIC, Beag air Bheag, Speaking our Language and now here with all the great resources available. Speaking with someone is something I have not tackled as of yet, although I am open to the adventure.
