No, they're waiting for the CD. And then will launch the book on its own (RSP £9.99) and the book/CD pack (RSP £14.99) at the same time.

Voice actor/s.
So far the publishers have approached people who have been recommended to them. I don't know whether they will advertise.

The Scottish Gaelic in 12 Weeks book is now available. :D (We have had in for sale in Mull for the last few days.)
Unfortunately the CD has been delayed until March 2009.
