Tha mi ag obair an-diugh. Choisich mi a-null air am bhaile airson coinneamh ach bha an coinneamh atharraichte. Tha mi fantail a-nis.
I am working today. I walked across town for a meeting but the meeting was changed. I am waiting now.

Tha mi a' feuchainn obair air mo thràchas dotaireachd. 'S ann fuar an-seo e, ged a gheibh mi an oifis a teich a dh'aithghearr agus gabhaidh mi air biadh meadhan-latha còmhla ris an duine agam.
I'm trying to work on my PhD dissertation. It is cold in here, although I get to escape the office and have lunch with my husband soon.

Bha mi a' sgrìobhadh do Chaithream Ciùil air BBC Alba. Dh'iarr mi an t-ainm air òran.
I was writing to Caithream Ciùil of BBC Alba. I asked the name of a song.
I addressed my email to Chaithream, thinking it was the name of the woman, it's not, good thing I explained to her I'm still learning.

Bha mi air banais an-dè. 'S ann aig co-ogha agam ann am Mosgo. Bha e fìor sgoinneil! Ach tha mi ag obair an-dràsda agus chan eil sin ro fhurasta an dèidh dhomh a bhith a' siubhal air an trèan fad' an oidhche...
I was at a wedding yesterday. That was at my cousin's in Moscow. It was really great! But now I'm working and it's not too easy after travelling by train all the night...

Bha mi ag obair anns a ' ghàrradh an-dè. Bha mi ag òl cupa cofaidh anns a 'ghrèin ( fon ghrèin ?) cuideachd. Ma-thà bha mi a' faicinn gun robh cullaich ann san oidhche.

Tha mi ag èisteachd ris an reidio an-diugh, agus tha mi ag èisteachd ris a' Phrògram Coinnich an-dràsta fhèin.
Feumaidh mi ràdh gu bheil e doirbh, neo eadhon do-dhèanta, a mhòr cuid dhen comhradh a thuigsinn, oir tha iad a' bruidhinn ann an dòigh cho sgairteil.
Air an làimh eile, tha mi toilichte gur urrainn dhomh tuigsinn nas fheàrr a-nis na b'urrainn dhomh tuigsinn beagan mìosan air ais.
----------------------
I am listening to the radio today, and I am listening to Program Coinnich right now.
I have to say that it is difficult, or even impossible, to understand the majority of the conversation, because they are speaking in such a lively manner.
On the other hand. I am happy that I can understand more now than I could understand a few months ago.

I am listening to Gàidhlig music and doing local network device inventory at work.
Tha mi ag èisteachd cèol Gàidhlig agus a’ dèanamh maoin-chunntas inneal lionra ionadail ag obair. (word order?)

Agus chan eil mi cinnteach, ach 's dòcha (I'm not sure, but maybe):
Tha mi a' cur X a dh'obair.
Chan eil fhios agam mu dheidhinn (I do not know about) "network device inventory".
Seo ceist agam: nach innis sibh dhomh ciamar a chanar "I know nothing about it" sa Ghàidhig?
It's my question: may you tell me how to say in Gaelic...
Am biodh e "Chan eil dad a dh'fhios agam mu dheidhinn sin"?
Would it be...?)

Tha mi anns an oifis a-nis. Tha mi eadar dà rudan aig an àm seo, agus tha tìde gu leòr ann rudeigin goirid a sgrìobhadh. Leugh mi rudeigin inntinneach anns an fhaclair aig Colin Mark a-raoir: "cho bodhar ris an talamh". Thuirt mo bhean rudan mar sin dhomh bho àm gu àm!
I am a tthe oiffice now. I am between two things, and there is plenty of time to write something short. I read something interesting in Colin Mark's dictionary last night" "as deaf as the earth". My wife has said things like that to me from time to time!

Feasgar math a h-uile duine,
Bha mi ag obair beagan sa mhadainn air a' choimpiutair anns an oifis. As dèidh sin thàinig mi air ais dhachaigh mu mheadhan-latha. Dh' ith mi rudeigin, agus an uair sin, leis gu bheil an aimsir math gu leòr an-diugh, thòisich mi a pheinteadh an gharaid.
------------------
Good afteroon everyone,
I was working a bit on the computer in the office this morning. After that I came home around midday. I ate something, and then, with the weather being good enough today, I started painting the garage.
