Gu dearbh, I am rather surprised to hear, apparently, that there isn't at least one there already.
According to tha last census for which details are fully available (1991), there are more Gaelic speakers in Fife than there are in Perth & Kinross. Yet P&K has (to my knowledge) two high schools with some Gaelic medium provision, while Fife has not a single school where Gaelic can even be studied in the same way that French or Spanish might be.

Uell, bha sin an eisimeil nan daoine a bha a' stiùireadh Roinn an Fhoghlaim sna comhairlean ionadail ann fad na linn a chaidh seachad, nach robh... Ma bha iad-san sa bheachd nach e rud a bhuineas dhan sgìre a tha sa Ghàidhlig, chan fhaigheadh tu cead no airgead. Poileasaidh nàiseanta ann no as.
Do, or do not. There is no try.
