Oh, yes, I know that an-sin=there and an-seo=here, but in Gaelic I think about "here", and in English "there".

About genitive after verbal nouns: in "Teach Yourself Gaelic" they use it only with "the" (A bheil thu a' reic nan burgaran?)
So, I think "a' reic burgaran" is correct too nowadays.

That means we were eating. Just like English, if you're talking about a single one-off completed action in the past, you'd say dh'ith sinn, i.e. we ate, then we did this, then we did that etc.

A bheil thu a' reic nam burgaran? - Plural genitive only gets lenited without the article, so this is still in the genitive

agus bidh mo phàrantan bidh ag ithe pulaidh

Chan ith mi fhìn no mo phiuthar feòil - this is a regular thing, so better use normal future tense

air bhon-dè -> a-bhon-dè. Time expressions don't usually add an "on" in Gaelic at all. Rinn mi seo DiLuain - I did this on Monday.

Word order: chaidh mi a-mach gu pàrtaidh a-raoir fhathast. It is more natural to say "co-dhiù" rather than "fhathast" in this context.
