but eh...wouldn't it just be easier to say "Tha mi ag obair" anyway?

I am very happy today.

I am currently working my way through TYG and learning at a pace which I think is good for me. By the way, does anyone have a copy of the cassettes which accompany TYG because I cannot get them anywhere. I would be very grateful to anyone who can supply me with a copy of them.

I had to buy a new edition of TYG because my original copy was falling to pieces. I'm sure there are countless others who have experienced this same problem. Anyway, the new edition comes with CDs, so I can let you have a copy of the tapes if you'll send me a private message with your mailing address.

I am trying to say, 'for everything a reason'.

The above is too literal for me. There are far too many words for reason and i keep thinking maybe the word excuse should be used in this instance. Any thoughts?

You could say.

Tha reusan ann airson gach nì. or maybe

Tha reusan aig gach nì would be better.
