If you click on the message 'Change how I view or hear this' at the bottom of the BBC Scotland Player pop-up window, you can re-set to High and Real, and click OK (even if you had it preset that way anyway). Then it should work.

I have a wobbly connection, I think. If I try to change anything, e.g. move to larger screen, it tends to collapse again. But even a wee screen is worth having. :D
