You could also try to post a few sentences in our bilingual section. Producing language is part of the practice, otherwise yo won't be able to apply the vocabulary and grammar you have learned.

Well, there's cur and cuir for starters, cur being the verbal noun (putting) and cuir the verb (put!). Cur is /kur/, fairly easy; cuir can be /kurʲ/ or /kuð/ (the ð being the same as English th in the) in many Hebridean and some mainland dialects.
