Seo ceist eile agam:
"dà dheug" -- here's lenition after "dà";
"dà uair dheug" -- here's lenition after "dà" and another word. How it works? How far does lenition reach?

Dà causes single lenition, not jumping lenition. It's the feminine uair that causes the lenition here (see 2. in the second section on Numerals or How to write a cheque in Gaelic)

In TYG I found this: "Cha d' fhiach e" (It's not worth).
Here: http://taic.me.uk/pdf/Lesson50.PDF, they explain that "Is/Cha d' fhiach dhomh/dhut..." is a colloquial form of "Is/Cha fhiach dhomh/dhut..."
Ach carson? What does this d' mean?

Cha d' fhiach e

That's an odd one. Usually that's cha b' fhiach e i.e. "it would not be worthy". A typo perhaps?

Addendum:
Found it. It's a Skye-ism where after a particle ending in -n a phantom d' appears so instead of cha(n) fhiach > cha d' fhiach, nan èigheach > nan d' èigheach.

Och...

TYG gives such an expression in a dialogue without any comments at all (Aonad 15).

In "Gràmar" section there is nothing about this mysterious "d"; moreover, there is "Cha b' fhiach dhuinn a dhol..." in dialogue and "b' fhiach" is discussed in "Gràmar" section without any " 'd " cuideachd.

It's a dialect thing. The dependent form of rach often show up with a d: cha d' rach, cha d' rachamaid. Normally you get cha(n) + rach but some have gone further along the line of making rach like a regular verb and added the dependency particle, cf:

cha do rinneadh ~ cha chluinneadh
cha do rachamaid ~ cha rachamaid

Tha mi duilich, chan eil mi a' tuigsinn: "cha do rinneadh" -- it's passive voice, isn't it?
Chan eil mi air ionnsachadh fhathast mu dheidhinn sin.

As a rule of thumb, never follow a verbal noun with a pronoun.
