[Please help with grammar! I'm okay with reading, but really struggling with constructing sentences myself.]

Does anyone know where I can buy books written in Gaelic? I'm looking for somewhere online, preferably shipping from the States, for cost.

"aig" is "at", "agaibh" is "aig" + "sibh".

What you're trying to say is:
Does anyone know...? = Does anyone have knowledge...? = Is there knowledge at anyone...?

Is there --A bheil-- knowledge --fios-- at --aig-- anyone --fear sam bith.

No need for the comma either -- the sentence in English "Does anyone know where I can buy ..." doesn't have a comma either.

In Gaelic, "Where I can..." and "where can I...?" are the same.

Càite/Càit is always followed by the verb as it appears in a full question:

Eg
Are you going home? A bheil thu a' dol dhachaigh?
and
Where are you going? Càit a bheil thu a' dol (although this is sometimes shortened to "Cà bheil" in speaking)

The question "can I...?" (meaning "is it within my ability" -- not asking permission) is "An urrainn" ('S urrainn... -> An urrainn...?)

So
Càit an urrainn dhomh ("where I can" or "where can I...?")
The mi isn't needed, as "dhomh" is "to me" -- something is able/capable to you in Gaelic, just like something may "come easy to you" in English

I buy books from the Gaelic Books Council in Glasgow over the internet.
I have found them to be reliable. They have a good selection.

Another way to ask your question could be :

A bheil fhios aig duine càit' am faigh mi leabhraichean Gàidhlig ?
Does anyone know where I will get Gaelic books ? (the "sam bi" is often not used with duine in speech).

Fios is often lenited after bheil although I have been told that it shouldn't be. Every native speaker I know (3 of them) does it though. "a bheil fhios agad" "chan eil fhios agam" and so on.
