"An tig thu airson biadh (còmhla rium?)" or "An tèid sinn airson biadh" ....there are other ways but these are two which run off my own tongue the best.

Answer - "Thig." or "Thèid."

Sounds good - in the sense of an affirmation then perhaps just ................Glè mhath. - then followed by something like "Tiugamaid!" Let's go!

Yes sorry, "Tiugainn" is the correct form, rather than "tiugamaid".

In that case...

you would probably say

"Còrdaidh sin rium"

A quick tip: when trying to tr*nsl*t* little phrases like "sounds good to me", always try to think of alternatives that have a similar meaning in English.

Sometimes you'll find that one of them translates more easily than the others.
