Cothrom inntinneach dhan mhuinntir de Leòdhas - mura h-eil Gàidhlig gu leòr agad, tha goireasan eadar-theangachaidh ann.

Uill, tha mi dìreach air "Maletta Gaelic" a ghùgladh agus creidsinn a tha mi gur e mearachd bheag a rinn an Stornoway Gazette. Chan e "Ms Maletta" a th' innte ach "Maletta NicPhàil".

Ach tha tòrr bhàrd à Leodhas, tòrr nas ainmeile na an fheadhainn sna h-òraidean. Mar eisimpleir, càit' a bheil Anna Frater? Ruaraidh MacThomais? Iain Mac a' Ghobhainn? Agus Dòmhnall MacAmhlaigh à Bernera fhèin?

'S dòcha nach d' fhuair iad cuideigin a bhios deònach is comasach bruidhinn orra aig an àm seo? No is dòcha gun robh ùidh aca air an fheadhainn nach eil cho ainmeil? :chafhios:

Is math a dh'fhaodte. Bha mi a' smaointinn 's dòcha nach eil/robh na bàird "ainmeil" a dh'ainmich mi "spioradail". No 's dòcha gur e saobh-chreidmhich a th' anntasan...

Deagh phuing! Ma bhios cuimhne agad air an dàn "Aig a' Chladh" aig Iain Mac a' Ghobhainn a leugh sinn anns a' chlas, tha e coltach nach robh e uabhasach measail air dòighean nan Crìosdaidh.

Fhiosam. Agus chan e an aon fhear mar sin a th' ann "Aig a' Chladh". Ach 's ann làn spioraid a tha "Aig a' Chladh" - dìreach nach e an spioraid "ceart" a th' aige...
