The reason I was so snippy at the time (aside from being in a stressful job that I really hated) was that I recognised it immediately as going nowhere. It followed the same pattern as a great many messages I've seen over the years. Someone appears with no knowledge of the language and says they're going to "save" it by writing an app to teach it, and asks for ideas for what the app should be.

No language, no design... so what exactly was he expecting to bring to the party?
