Seo toradh a' chiad rannsachaidh oirnn aig Soillse:

Uill sin e gu ruige seo ach dè an ath rannsachaidh? :D
........
Mhothaich mi ceangal eile air a' bhlog sin.

THE USE OF THE WELSH LANGUAGE ON FACEBOOK
"The results of this examination provide evidence that suggests that the use of the Welsh language has been normalized to some extent within Facebook and that the language has established an active presence on Facebook groups and profiles"

Gu mì-fhortanach bidh agad £16 a phaigheadh gus tuilleadh faighinn a-mach. Nach e sin aon de na trioblaidean le rannsachaidh sgoilearachd - 's e sin ri ràdh gu bheil mòran den toradh tighinn às duinte don mhòr shluagh?
Tha mi an dòchas gum bi a h-uile càil aig Soillse fosgailte dhuinn nuair a thig e gu h-aon agus dhà.

Duilich, ach chan eil mi a' tuigsinn "normalized" (no fiù "normalised") sa cho-theacsa seo.

Tha am blog ud air falbh air adhbhar air choireigin a charaid ach chuir mi a-steach dealbh dheth. 'S bochd nach eil e ann a-nis, bha e loma-làn stuth inntinneach.

"Normalisation" - nach e sin rudeigin a tha a' nochdachd ann am planaichean cànain? Gheibhear facal Gàidhlig air a shon mas math mo chuimhne.

Tha mi duilich, a Ghràisg, but the blog you pointed to is not for public consumption. I have hidden it until I'm able to tweak the privacy settings accordingly. There will be an official Soillse website available towards the end of January, complete with a public forum to discuss research findings (http://www.soillse.ac.uk).

If I have my way, then all Soillse-related reports and papers will be available to download from this website.

ok ma tha, I hope however, transparency doesn't become an issue for Soillse. As Rob's lecture pointed out a few bridges have to be built - what better way than letting everyone see what's going on from Day 1? Maybe your forum could also call for submissions from ordinary punters on some of the topics, ge b'e sin seantans sar-ghliocas bodach air choireigin air culaibh bogsa-tiotan no leabhar tomadach bheachdan bhon fheadhainn a tha comasach a leithid sin a dhèanamh ach aig nach robh cothrom gu ruige seo.
Uill sin agad e bhuamsa a nochd a charaid - Oidhche mhath

The problem with that is that you can end up with people mistaking the initial theory for a conclusion.

Uill saoilidh mi gum bi beagan conaltraidh feumail aig an Ìre a tha seo. Co fhad ’s as aithne dhomh chan eil theòradh sam bith air a’ bhòrd gu ruige seo?

Tha Soillse a’ cumail a-mach:

“Tha amasan dùbhlanach aig SOILLSE ri
choileanadh agus feumaidh na com-pàirtichean acadaimigeach agus na buidhnean poblach eile obair
còmhla airson toraidhean a’ phròiseict a thoirt gu buil. Cuideachd tha na toraidhean agus na
buannachdan ris a bheilear an dùil à obair rannsachaidh SOILLSE a' crochadh air ceanglaichean làidir
agus ciallach a stèidheachadh le coimhearsnachdan Gàidhlig na h-Alba.”
