You do realise this is an article from 3 months ago which they have "done up" to look even more angry - it just comes across as stupid.
They have grammatical errors and information errors. The mail say this one channel is replacing all the Gaelic stuff available just now - Including the website and radio :S Where did they get this idea from?
It is the typical mail - They will do anything to cause a stur.

Seadh Alasdair, agus bh' aca a dhol cho farsaing ri Romford gus beachd puinnseanaich fhaighinn.
Romford rent-a-quote lol.
Saoileadh mi gum bi fiù 's daoine shìos ann an Romford le Sky a' toirt sùil air an t-sianal ùr air sgath 's mar a sheinn Bruce Springstein.
I bought a bourgeois house in the Hollywood hills
With a truckload of hundred thousand dollar bills
Man came by to hook up my cable TV
We settled in for the night my baby and me
We switched 'round and 'round 'til half-past dawn
There was fifty-seven channels and nothin' on
Niall, gu dearbh fhèin tha eagal orra romhat

While I am quite disappointed that the web team declined to publish a message I posted critical of the article "Fury as BBC agrees to spend £21million of taxpayers' money on Gaelic TV channel", I cannot say I am particularly surprised.
While I accept that it is at the editorial team's discretion whether to publish or not -- and this much was certainly made clear when I submitted my letter -- it is gross dishonesty to continue to carry the statement
"No comments have so far been submitted. Why not be the first to send us your thoughts? "
at the bottom of the article when it is patently untrue.
As a supporter of the Gaelic channel, it appears to me as though the web team are trying to support the biased view of the article by maintaining an apparent lack of interest in the topic by the public at large.
I will say again: this is grossly dishonest. It is also a grievous insult to a number of your readers.
I hope you can assure me that this will be corrected as soon as practically possible.
Regards,
Níall Tracey.

'S e crap a th'ann an sin, tha an t-aomadh glè furasta a-fhaicinn ann. Deante aig na Sasannach nach bheil? Uill chan eil sin ro neònach. Tha meadhanan coltach ri sin ann an gach dùthaich. Just stirrin' the s***, mar a Ghlobe and Mail an-seo.
Complete crap filled with bias, made by the English isn't it? Not too surprising. Medias are like that in every country. Stirrin the s*** like the GAM over here.
Nìall: They're definetly going to ignore that message. Oops, sudden email server issue...heheheh.

Heheheh Macsen.
Diolch airson an fhios seo cuideachd (scriobhte aig an Daily Mail mun phàirtaidh Nazi):
"Nazi atrocities"... as anyone who visits Germany quickly discovers for himself, consists merely of a few isolated acts of violence such as are inevitable among a nation half as big again as ours, but which have been generalized, multiplied and exaggerated to give the impression that Nazi rule is a bloodthirsty tyranny."
Creideas ìosal gu dearbh...tha mi'n dochas nach bheil mòran daoine gan gabhail da-rìreadh ann an Alba!
Heheheh Macscen. Thanks for this info too (written by the Daily Mail about the Nazi Party). Low cred, hope nobody takes em seriously etc.
