Do you mean like a blue police box (like the TARDIS)?
If so, there used to be one in the Grassmarket in Edinburgh, and I'm sure there are other in the city, as well as in Glasgow.

Yes, you have it! I am on a mission to get myself a picture beside a TARDIS
I will be in Edinburgh for 2 days and Glasgow for at least a day. I will check around
. Knowing where will assist as opposed to stumbling across one.
