can you identify this song

I'm an intermediate Scottish Gaidhlig speaker from Canada, going to Lewis in August. I came across an Irish gaelic song that I'd like to know the name of, can anyone see if they know it? The teacher of my Gaelic class doesn't know, but I really like it and want to know what its called.
