Hello,
I have a little problem with S'toil leam+ verbal noun.
In Complete Gaelic P 40 we have "S'toil leam a bhith a 'dannsadh"
But in TAIC lesson 20 we have 'S'toil leam seinn"
So it is "S"toil leam a bhith °+ verbal noum" (except dol, tighinn, bith) or "S'toil leam + verbal noun (except dol, tighinn, bith) or both are correct?

They're both correct, they just mean slightly different things.
'S toigh leam dannsa (I like dancing)
'S toigh leam a bhith a' dannsa (I like to be dancing)
The first one could mean either that you like dancing - when it's you or someone else doing it
The second most definitely means you like dancing when it's you doing the dancing
