Nicholas - level zero

Hello!
Although I have a battered copy of MacAlpine's Pronouncing Gaelic Dictionary by the bed, which I enjoy dipping into (often with unexpected results) my level of Gaelic can fairly be described as zero at present.
I'm about to launch an English-as-a-Foreign-Language school on the west coast of Scotland, with "natural environment and conservation" as the theme of all courses. Two and three week courses, mainly for adult students from Europe and elsewhere, living with local host families and spending much of the day outdoors. School location - likely to be a smallish coastal or island community. I'll be spending July and August sailing around the west coast, looking for a community that thinks this is a good idea, all suggestions gratefully received!
