Help Please

Hi

I'm looking to have a t*tt** commemorating that I survived my heart attack and bypass surgery on 8th October last year. Because of my scottish background (through my Dad) I want to have the words "I Survived" in scots gaelic in the t*tt**. I have tried using on-line tr*nsl*t**n services to receive a tr*nsl*t**n and they came up with "thàinig mi beò", but I wanted to check whether this was correct with someone who actually speaks the language.

Any help you could offer would be greatfully received.

Regards

Iain

I'd use "Mhair mi beò" https://www.faclair.com/ViewEntry.aspx? ... 60D593DE07

The expression you found or more for surviving on something https://www.faclair.com/ViewEntry.aspx? ... 5035DA3594
