('S dòcha gum b'fheàrr "Chan eil iad a' tuigsinn dè Gàidhlig", ach na gabh dragh - chan eil mi expert!). Tha mac agam, 10 bliadhna -> 1 bhliadhna deug, a bhios a' dol dhan àrd-sgoil ann an 2009. Tha sinn a' fuireach ann am Fìobha. Chan eil sgoil sam bith ann am Fìobha a bhios a' dèanamh Gàidhlig agus tha mi a' smaoineachadh gur e uabhasach seo.
Yellow-KT, where are you staying? You wrote "They dinnae ken whit Gaelic is"... I've got a son, 10 -> 11 year old, who'll be ganning to high school in 2009. We're staying in Fife. There's no school at all in Fife as does Gaelic an I reckon this is not at all sporting, what.
As for your son, phone the council. it is there job to find him a teacher to teach him if that is your wish. That is what i was told to do and they were going to sort it out, but it was too late by that time. get on the phone to them just now.
I find it ironic they are holding the National Mod this year but there is no where to learn Gaelic.... At least Clackmannanshire has a Gaelic nursery and classes and it is only 10 miles to the GMU and GMU High School.
