Hi. Is "SGAOIL AN AONADH" grammatically correct? And does it indeed mean "dissolve the Union" ?? Thanks in advance!

Sgaoil an t-aonadh for singular, Sgaoilibh an t-aonadh for plural

What GunChleoc said but Sgaoil an t-Aonadh sounds more like you're trying to propagate it. Assuming you mean "disband it", I'd say Leig an t-Aonadh mu sgaoil. Or even better, since this is an invite to many and sgaoil/leig are singular imperatives, how about Leigeamaid an t-Aonadh mu sgaoil = Let us disband the union.

Leigeamaid an t-Aonadh mu sgaoil

Perfect. Thank you!

That's exactly what I was looking for, ie let's disband / break up the Union.
