Haggas doesn't appear to have any interest in building a sustainable economy: he only wants to have a stable supply of cloth for his factories, and that requires less cloth than is currently produced.

I'm wondering if thy quest is a bit like trying to catch a bus NOT operated by Stagecoach in Fife. Tha mi' n dòchas nach bi. Thou may end up with a Haggis jacket or go without, tha eagal orm.
