Online Gaidhlig-Gaeilge Youth Music Radio Station?

Unread post by Gaeilgeoir2008 »

I just had a brilliant idea. :D

A new youth chart music radio station broadcasting entirely in Irish is up and running and is doing quite well.

Check it out!

Wouldn't it be great if there was a radio station online, 50% of the broadcasting schedule would be in Irish and the other 50% in Gaelic??

Obviously, the only way a language can survive is by making the language cool for younger speakers.

'S e steisean rèidio math a th' ann! 'S toil leam e mòran - Tha mi ag èisteachd a-nis. Tha mi a' tuigsinn mòran.

I think something like this in Gaelic would be good - Even if only for a few hours on RnG. Rapal is the only thing like this and it is only 2 hours 4 days a week...
