Lìosa no Borat e-fhèin?

The Hearald:

'Someone, somewhere in the former Soviet state is learning Gaelic'

'Since the national development agency Bord na Gaidhlig launched the site on Wednesday of last week, there have been hits from 48 countries, including Russia, Argentina and New Zealand. By noon yesterday there had been 7021 visitors to the site, with 46% returning for at least a second time. Almost 600 people have registered and the average time being spent on the site is seven-and-a-half minutes.'

'Rosemary Ward, acting chief executive of the Bord, said: "We are delighted with the response to mygaelic.com and particularly its world-wide reach."

I saw the person from Kazahkstan on BBC Alba (I think that's one of the links is). I would expect it to be more international, however, given the location of the teachers available on these two pages: Scottish Gaelic Teachers.
