How do say "If you can ..." and "If you cannot ..." using the urrainn do plus person phrasing? Is it still done with ma tha / mur eil ?

Urrainn - fhad 's a tha fios agam, cha chleachdar seo ach le formaichean cudthromach "a bhidh", mar "is", "bu" is air adhart. "Is urrainn dhomh" = "it's possible for me". So, definitely no "ma tha" no "mura h-eil" an sin.
