The Mairi Mhor Gaelic Song Fellowship for Highland Council has just published the only Scottish Gaelic carol Book on the market today - Duan Nollaig.
It contains 16 traditional and contemporary Christmas Gaelic Songs and Carols for all ages including translations of well known ones such as Silent Night, In the Bleak Midwinter, Away in a Manger, 12 Days of Christmas, We wish you a Merry Christmas etc. Arranged for voice, piano & guitar, lyrics and translations included. Follows on from the successful double CD of the same name released last Christmas by Fiona Mackenzie on Greentrax.
