Halo! Is mise Annie. Ciamar a tha sibh? Sadly, that's all I remember from my studies. I took an unexpected break from all things Gaidhlig, and now I'm ready to come back, as I have some long term goals that I'd like to achieve.
I've decided that I want to permanently live in Scotland, in the future. I've been doing a lot of research on obtaining visas and work permits, the immigration points policy is strange... I'm planning on getting a Masters degree in Nursing, getting a few years experience to save up some money, and then applying for my work permit and eventually a permanent residence visa. I think I've got it pretty well planned out! Re-learning the language will definitely give me an advantage once I get there, I really don't want to be seen as the usual American tourist. :/
Glad to be back, everyone! Wish me luck in my endeavors!
Returning, once again!
