Ceum mòr a dh'ionnsaigh Geamaichean a' Cho-Fhlaitheis
Shoirbhich leatha air an deireadh-sheachdain uair dearbhaidh a ghleidheadh airson sgioba baidhsagal beinne na h-Alba.
Dè tha "uair dearbhaidh" a' ciallachadh? Cha do thuig mi cò 's dè a tha a' gleidheadh... :(

Chan eil eòlas sam bith agam mu spòrs, ach tha an abairt a' nochd dhà no trì tursan san artaigil, agus mar sin, tha mi den bheachd gur e seòrsa deuchainn no slat-tomhais luaiths a th' ann, gus àite san sgioba fhaighinn.

- qualifying time?

'S e structur 'inversion' a th' ann.

She succeeded on (grr!) the weekend in keeping/holding her [? qualifying time ? speed proof ? test hour?] for the mountain bike team.

Biker sam bith ann??? :mhoire:

Saoilidh mi gur e "qualifying time" a tha iad a' ciallachadh...agus mas e...'s e
ùine
no
tìde
as fheàrr son "time" san t-seagh seo, oir nach e "duration of time" a th' anns an "qualifying time"?
Dèan buil cheart de na fhuair thu!

Tapadh leibh! 'S dòcha gur e "qualifying time" no rud mar sin a tha e.
Cha chreid mi nach fheum i faidead a dhèanamh taobh a-staigh na h-ùine sonraichte, mar eisimpleir trì turas.
Seadh, saoilinn gum biodh "ùine" no "tìde" nas soilleire...
