There are several words for break (meaning a pause or interval) : pleidhe, beàrn, tràth saor...Catherine wrote:Dochas thu tha cordadh ribh an bris. Dochas thu tha chan eil a dhith sinn ro moran.

I'd say "Tha mi 'n dòchas gu bheil am pleidhe a' còrdadh riut. Tha mi 'n dòchas nach eil thu gar n-ionndrainn cus.

A lot of Gaelic speakers would probably use Laithean Saora or Laithean Dheth .... depending on the context.
Break here looks more like holiday or time off as opposed to pause or interval so I would say:
Tha mi 'n dòchas gu bheil na laithean saora agad a' còrdadh riut. Tha mi 'n dòchas nach eil thu gar n-ionndrainn cus.
