'Gaelic groaner

It seems that Angus Peter Campbell, in a recent edition of his column in the West Highland Free Press, wrote an article criticising Gaelic development policy. He was disappointed that it elicited no response from the sector.
It is not immediately clear to me why The Scotsman would offer Mr Campbell half of the once-weekly Gaelic page (15 August) to bemoan this fact, when the obvious forum for his complaint would be the WHFP itself.
